再一次，每一个宁静的夜晚，我们来到耶稣基督的脚跟前，求圣灵提醒我们，求神的灵光照我们，让我们自我审查。今天所说所做的，是否有得罪神得罪人？

认罪悔改说很容易，但是我们有多少个人做到了。多少次你祷告认罪，说要悔改，却又回到老我，依然在罪里徘徊。

曾经读过一篇文章说到，耶稣基督的宝血是宝贵的。有时候我在想，如果我们每犯一次罪，就有如再次把耶稣钉在十字架上，让耶稣的宝血为我们流，来洗净我们的罪恶。那每一次奉耶稣基督的宝血洁净你的罪，但你却又再犯罪。一个罪你要犯几次？你要钉耶稣多少回？你心痛了吗？你羞愧了吗？

求神赦免 … 求神帮助，让我们不要安逸现状。也认真的看待自己与神的关系。神啊，原谅女儿 ...

When ppl tell u "there is no other way to solve things out, that is the only way". My eye ball rolled to the back of my head right away. It's all about time, effort and brain to try it out ... Brainstorm an alternate way to fix it won't kill a lot of your brain cell, not using it surely will.

So annoying ... Urghhhhh.

The day

I saw the mountain is shivering.
It collapsed into ashes in a second.

Look, the girl with long hair, sweet voice, soft breasts, and fair skin.
Her hand is holding a whip and many are bowed on her feet.

... darkness surrounded me, the air is stuffy and I cannot breath,
fire kept burning me with no mercy,
the mud sticking all over my body,
they force me eating my own flesh,
I am cold, they took away my clothes,
they humiliated me and laughed at me.

The girl, pick up a sharp razor sliced my face,
it's bleeding ...
Somehow the blood does not come out from the wound, but my eyes, flowing down my cheek.

我的韩语课 My Korean Language Class

I started my Korean Language class on 9 October 2014.

I was once 'dreamed' of taking up a foreign language class óne day' long time ago, but I had never moved my heart or taken any action to make it a reality. But this time, I made it!

When I told my friends and relatives, even my boss, that I am taking this class, they was like "what?" "You thought you still young and follow Kpop?"  "Ruth ah, you do not have good rest and now you are taking this class!" "Why Korean? You should take Japanese instead!"

A lot of negative comments suddenly just flow in and making you felt so 'guilty' to make such a decision. I was once asking myself, "Am I wrong to do this?"

But thank God, I have a supportive hubby to accompany to register for the class. Without further ado, I paid the deposit to register my Korean Language class. From there on, I know I have no turning back.

These three months of Beginner I class, I had a good time and every week looking forward for it. I have a good song-seng-nim too, she have good interaction with everyone in the class and she knows a bit of English that help us a lot in understand Hangugul.

22 Jan, was my first Korean Language exam. The next day, the office called me up and told me that I got 86% mark for my Beginner I exam. Wohoooo ~~~!!!

Yes, I've registered for my Beginner II class, "fighting!"

Fried Tomyam Chicken, yummy!

I like my mom's favourite dish - Fried Tomyam Chicken, yummy!!! She teaches me how to cook it, wanan share with you guys if you love tomyam chicken as well.

 Ingredients:
(A)
- Chicken (chopped in pieces, sizes depends on your own preference)
- Tomyam paste (3 big spoon)
- Shredded lime leaves

 (B)
 - 3 Lemongrass
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 small turmerics
- 5 shallots
- chili (if you want it to be more spicy)

 How to:
1) Add 3 table spoon of oil in the wok, until it hot
2) Add ingredient B in the wok, stir fry it until it smells nice and brownish
3) Add chicken (cut in pieces) into the wok, stir fry it until the chicken cooked 80% (or when it is dry)
4) Add tomyam paste into the wok, stir fried until 100% cooked
5) Add water, water level until cover the chicken, add a small tea-spoon of sugar
6) Wait until it boiled and the chicken becomes soft and fully cooked, and the water level became thick gravy.
7) Switch off the light and serve on plate Ta-daaaaaaa ~~~ muah!

Here you can serve your hot and spicy Fried Tomyam Chicken on your dining table with hot white fragrant rice.

Chinese Glutinous Rice Dumpling

Year 2012, my sister, my mom and I made these Chinese Glutinous Rice dumpling together.

Well, basically as usual my mom cooked all the ingredients, and I teach my sister how to wrap the dumpling.

Just a few attempts, she can manage to wrap the dumpling without making any single dumpling being "open" while cooking it in the pot.

Last few years, my mom;s neighbor is the one who helped her to wrap the dumpling, but she got to be away for this year. So my mom got no choice but pick me to wrap the dumpling for her. Yeah, she does not know how to wrap, surprisingly, haha!

But she accused me i used to wrap too loose and made some dumpling too loose and it opened when cooking in the pot. I kept denying, because I know I did wrap it tightly.

Finally, I got my name clean!

Not even single dumpling loose and open!!!! Yay!!! ...

My sister and I made 40 dumplings for the first day, and another 40 the next day as my mom got not enough cooked glutinous rice for the first day.

Sigh, tired ... but thank God we manage to finish it all ^^

Mom fried the glutinous rice with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, a little bit of salt, sugar & MSG

All ingredients were prepared:

1) Fried glutinous rice (as mentioned above)

2) Fried mushroom with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce & garlic

3) Braised pork with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, garlic, spices

4) Fried chestnut

5) Fried green bean without shell

Here the dumpling we just finished wrapping, wait to be cooked in a big pot of boiling water!

Wow, the last post is about a year ago!
My goodness, I am such a bad blogger.
But I got my reason for such a long long away, simple because -
I am 4 more blogs to maintain, most of them are business online blogs,
hehe, well, not much profit though as I am just do it out of interest.

TRAVEL

* mom happily DIY her kimchi.

Traveled to Seoul & Jeju Island last July 2011 with mom. It's a raining season, so almost carrying umbrella for the whole long journey everywhere. But as long as my mom enjoyed the trip, it worth the money.

* Sis Mei-lin "borrowed" my mom to kiss, I should have charged her!

This August 2012, my mom and I traveled to England & Amsterdam.
My mom prefer to go Taiwan, but I love to go back Sheffield and visit friends there.
Not much things changed, but a lot of things not the same though.

Have not encounter the next trip with my mom, but I'm going to travel again end of the year to Japan & Taiwan with my hubby's family.
Sorry mom, please hang in there, will bring you again soon.
So, your leg gonna be strong ya.


WORK
Work wise, I am still working in the same company. It will be 2 years for next February...
Pray for the best to come!


MARRIAGE LIFE
One and a half year passed.
Soon gonna be two years anniversary already...
Yeah yeah yeah, baby baby baby... Many people keep asking, quite annoying.
But being polite I didn't shout out loud, "STOP asking!"
If one ask one of this question, when I meet 10 people, I have already got 10 same questions bugging me, so just imagine how annoying is this.
I just reply with a polite smile ~

But good thing is, after a few cooks, my hubby "pregnant" instead, hahahha!!! He got a big tummy oo.

焖煮酱油五花肉

妈妈的焖煮酱油五花肉秘方， 星期五妈妈会做，那时候再拍张照来分享。

材料：
A)
五花肉 （后腿肉， 去皮） x 适量
蒜 （整颗去皮）x 几颗
香菇 x 几颗

B) 酱油/ 生抽， 黑酱油/ 老抽

C) 八角 x 2， 胡椒粒， 糖少许

D) 水




炒法：
1） 材料A 放在锅里炒香， 直到收水和熟。
2） 加入材料B， 炒香。放入水, 煮滚， 放材料C。
3） 直到肉软化为止。

Fun work

I've made a call to a top brand mobile company situated in Singapore, to talk to the top management. But i was guarded down by the receptionist, I am not even reach the secretary office. She asked for my name and contact, and can't even give me the name of the top management PA, reason was "security reason". Wow ... ~ (it should sound like a wild cat)

Flashing Sky

I noticed a series of consistent lightning this morning. I woke up around 6.15am and found flashing on my window. At first I thought it's lightning, but after 5 minutes, I notice the flashing like a siren. So I thought it might not be lightning as it kept flashing. So I open the window and look to the sky, it is lightning in the cloud - unusual one. There were about 4 lightning in one minutes, one lightning has about 5 flashes. I did not see the lightning but flashing in the cloud. Yeah, you might seen it before in drama that a few bombs or fire shots in the haven and when people looking up, it's just flashing inside the cloud. It was 6.30am with grey cloud in the sky.



After my shower, I still can see the flashing behind my window curtain. I was thinking it might be a war having in the heaven. I kept praying that Jesus Christ is the Lord of the Lords, and He will win every war. No one can defeat Him because He is the most powerful.

A flash thought in my mind, if He is powerful yet how come He made so little thing in me? I did not blame Him but feeling guilty for trusting Him so little and I submit so little to Him. My small faith has stopped Jesus to do big thing in my life. I have fall short of His glory (Romans 3:23). I kept saying sorry in my heart, shouting guiltily. I kept thinking, if I see Jesus today, I will be empty handed to see him, ashamed. When I arrived at the car park in the office, it seems not much cars around. I doubted whether am I left behind? I read a fiction story before called "Left Behind", in fact I just read a few pages in front when I was 17? Well, it was hard to hang on the habit to read English story book by a Chinese educated young girl. I got to search for 10 words in the dictionary in a page before I can fully understand what is going on. But I managed to find out it was about a father and a daughter or son left behind, and the rest of the family members were "raptured", leaving the rest of the world in chaotic. I was asking myself, am I the left behind because I am not doing good :(

人心

那天牧师讲道, 分享了一个很可怕的故事 ...

有一个林先生, 结婚多年却依然还没有孩子.
有一天, 有位天使出现并让他有三个愿望.
但是, 条件是- 他所求的, 他的邻居会得到他的双倍.
他想了想, 还是答应了.

第一个愿望是, 希望有个孩子.
没多久, 太太真的怀孕了!
不久, 还生下了一个白白胖胖的宝宝. 派送了红鸡蛋给邻居.
但是, 他自己也收到了邻居的红鸡蛋, 还是双倍的! 原来邻居家, 出生了双胞胎!
他心里有点不舒服, 因为天使本是冲着他来的.

天使又出现了, 问他的第二个愿望.

他想了想...
家庭有了, 孩子也有了, 就要了一箩黄金.
天使说, 那邻居会有两箩黄金哦.
他苦恼的再想了一回, 还是决定了.

他领了一箩黄金, 隔壁传来欢呼声! 领了两箩黄金...
他心里难受极了!!!

不久后,天使再次出现, 问他要了最后一个愿望.

这次, 他说"让我瞎了半支眼" ... ...

我听了故事, 我的口开得像苹果一样大. 第一时间完全没有回过神来他的意思... 大概3秒后, 我才发现林先生的第三个愿望是多么的难以想象的可怕! 他的愿望会让邻居瞎了两支眼睛, 因为他的愿望将会让邻居得到双倍的回酬.

我听了一阵寒...

当然, 天使不会象神灯一样出现在你眼前. 但是很多时候, 我们无形的得到了很多的祝福, 周围的朋友也因你得福, 而且有一天你会发现, 他们比你更好的时候, 你是否会开始嫉妒? 开始不再帮助他, 开始远离他, 开始比较, 开始说一些伤害他的话...? 慢慢, 你让这一些堆积起来, 恶念头一个一个的浮现在你脑海里. 你一不注意的时候, 你伤害了别人, 伤害了自己.

久违了

与个人部落格, 久违了.


辞职了好一阵子, 但是还是忙于一大堆的事情, 零零落落的.
还没有整理好我的思绪, 还没有拼凑整个概念来.
知道前面有一大个雪球浑着来, 但是, 就是无法安静我的心来.
是我还没有准备去面对吗? 还是我懒得理会?


人懒散得什么都不想理会, 但是心里却澎湃得象一个脱缰之马.
还无法调整过来, 节奏乱了.
还是好好绑好心里的马子, 我怕它会离家出走了.
